What do we do?

It’s a full time job staying abreast of developments in mobile communications; which is where we come in. It’s our business to know the whole range of products that can keep businesses in touch.

We consult with our customers to understand their unique requirements; agree the optimum solution; identify the best products. From mobile phones and PDAs (including BlackBerry™) to wireless internet access for laptops and wireless car phones that comply with new government legislation, we know what's out there and have excellent relationships with all major manufacturers and networks.

We can give our customers the best advice possible on both networks and tariffs; a saving of time spent researching.

If your company’s average handset spend is above £55 per month we may be able to negotiate a special price with your chosen network.

If you have more than ten handsets in your fleet we may be able to put together a package whereby you can have some top-of-the-range phones and some basic phones without paying for the most expensive ones.

We can give you advice on the best car kit solution for your company and arrange for installations, nationwide, at your choice of venue, by our professionally qualified installers. A saving of time - a lot of companies require you to take your car somewhere, which may or may not be convenient.

In return for your continuing commitment to your chosen network we can offer you ongoing support free of charge, including:

• A dedicated Account Manager and Administrator, with a dedicated contact number
• Advice on handsets and accessories
• Information on new technologies, i.e. VoIP, BlackBerry, 3G Quad cards.
• We will contact you to arrange regular review meetings to discuss any issues you may have, and check that all your users are on the right tariff. (Some companies say they will do this but it would be up to you to remind them.)
• A review of any discounts we have managed to achieve and a renegotiation where appropriate
• A loan phone should any phone be damaged
• Day to day help with Network services, i.e. "How do I access my mailbox overseas?" "What is my PUK code?" "What tariff am I on?" "I want to change the user name"
